What are you doing to ensure AI isn't taking over the 'human quotient' in your role?

I love the conversations and questions I am receiving as artificial intelligence (AI) continues to revolutionize industries. It is fascinating to watch as the workplace is evolving faster than ever before right before our eyes. It is understandable why  many fear that AI will replace roles predominately managed by humans, however I believe the truth is that the human element remains irreplaceable.

The key to thriving in this new era lies in leaning into change and focusing on enhancing your human quotient—the qualities and skills that make us uniquely human and indispensable in an AI-driven world.

I recently read an article in ET HR World highlighting that only 7% of CHROs prioritize reskilling for roles vulnerable to AI takeover. As someone who is always leaning into growth and change, I see this as a call to action for organizations to reframe their approach to change.

I believe the time is now to pivot towards curiosity and growth instead of meeting it with resistance or fear. This proactive mindset I believe will be the separation between those lost in the rise of AI and those who survive it.

It isn't always an easy sell to convince others that the 'Human Quotient' is so irreplaceable however I have listed some essential skills that I work with corporations to reskill their teams, enhancing their human quotient and staying ahead of the pace.
