I am often asked… How can I be more elegant?
The reality is that elegance is more than how you dress or move. The Elegant Tone is created to help you set the tone for the day or week so that you can feel and be more elegant through self development efforts to be your best self!
This week is about mindfulness. 🧘♀️
Mindfulness is taking a moment to check in with yourself. To understand what our emotions and experiences are. It is a moment to understand how we are existing at this moment because that can impact how we operate in how we interact, communicate and behave with others.
So how can we be more mindful this week?
Take just 5 minutes to refocus on yourself and get your mind, body, & soul-aligned and awake.
We are busy. It is easy to lose track of where we are, how we’re feeling, the way we’re operating or communicating, and how situations are impacting us. It is mindful to stop, see how we are thinking and feeling in the moment to access what is happening so we can ensure our success by being the best version of ourselves
This will build mindfulness of not just what we are thinking, saying, or our emotional state, but also the impact our life is having on our body, and exercise and movement allow us to bring it all together so that we have enlightened and higher mindfulness.
